Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the refund and cancellation terms for the use of services provided by Grovvey.io, having its registered office at Graphix 2, Block A, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@grovvey.io.
  • Upon cancellation:
    • Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
    • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned below.
  • Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds will be provided for:
    • Partial usage
    • Downgrades
    • Unused subscription periods

2.2 Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
  • Payment was successfully charged but the service was not activated due to a system issue attributable to us.
  • Refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Grovvey.io.

3. Free Trials & Promotional Plans

  • If your subscription includes a free trial, no charges will be applied during the trial period.
  • Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing.
  • Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.

4. Payment Failures & Chargebacks

  • In case of payment failure, access to paid services may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes raised without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
